This report gives you a scorecard with brewery health metrics. The report also includes the set of recommendations for improving each score, in order of importance.

Decide which improvement items to tackle right away and do them! Track your progress with specific metrics and watch your quality, consistency, and profits improve.
Follow Up
A follow up meeting with Ryan is included so you can review the steps taken and update the improvement plan together. We want to know you’re on the right path and you are confident in what steps to take next.

Every client I’ve ever had has either made or saved 3X or more $$ than what my fees were. If we can’t clearly see a path to that BEFORE engaging then we raise a pint and agree to not engage. (pssst… that’s never happened, though!)
