Ryan Hansen (a.k.a. Big Pop) is the founder and chief consultant for Big Pop Brewery Consulting. Ryan lives in central California with his wife and four kids.

Meet Alex
Alex Van Horne is the chief quality control and recipe development guru. Alex brings over fifteen years of professional brewing experience to the table. He also has experience opening and running breweries and is currently the head brewer for a rapidly growing brewery in central California. Alex has over 50 commercial awards for over two dozen beer styles including Hazy IPA, Stouts/Porters, Belgian and English Ales, European Lager, and American Ales.

Meet Michael
Michael Wilson is our branding and marketing expert! Michael founded his design agency Coppergate Design where he has developed proven methods for creating a brand, testing the concept, and pre-selling products before a single drop has been brewed. Michael’s experience in branding and marketing makes a huge difference in the success of the breweries that hire us to deep-dive their marketing.

Meet Adam
Adam Gruszczynski is our beast mode finances guy! Adam is one of the founders of a very successful brewery, Crow and Wolf, so his years as a brewery CFO are incredibly valuable. He’s a partner at his CPA firm and he has a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Fresno, in Business Administration/Accounting. Adam was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California in 2010, and earned his Master of Science in Taxation (MST) in 2011 from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
